Taking place in the calming surroundings of the Haigh Woodland Plantations and Greenslate Farm woods .

Morning & evening sessions available.

Join with us, a small group of like-minded individuals and immerse yourself in nature and mindfulness, while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

This course offers a perfect balance of seated mindfulness practices. Inviting you to slow down and engage your senses.  You will learn mindfulness practices and technique's that are easy to incorporate into your daily life, allowing you to have a calmer and less stressful outlook. 


Each week will be a progression on the previous week, allowing for a deepening experience.  However, each session can be enjoyed and benefited from as a standalone experience. The practice of mindfulness and self-compassion has many physical and emotional health benefits.


Anyone booking the full block receives meditation practices to listen to at home.
