An Invitation
to be Yourself
Come as you are and let the simplicity of nature remind you how enough you already are.
At our events and mindful evenings, we invite you to experience a quiet space in nature where you can soften, slow down, and simply be.
Step into the stillness and let the world fall away. The trees hold the moment, the air feels lighter, and your breath finds its own steady rhythm again. No expectations, no performance — just a gentle return to yourself, supported by the calm of the natural world.
A small pause that reminds you how ease feels.

Experience our Silent Disco
What a fantastic summer retreat! Three hours simply vanished with an amazing yoga class, gorgeous food and meeting such fabulous people. The silent disco ( it was a rave!) could have lasted all night! If you do this again, I'm in. Thank you, Imelda, for all the hard work you put into making the evening such a great event xx

Wonderful evening spent in the woods with a great group of ladies. A session of yoga and great food which was enjoyed by all. X

Having just returned relaxed and uplifted from an evening retreat, I cannot thank Imelda enough and highly recommend all Mindful by Nature events. This last few months I have enjoyed connecting with nature mindfully, foraging for cooking, baking bread on the open fires and learning new nature crafts. Fun and laughter with like-minded people brought together in a safe space under Imelda’s leadership, sharing her knowledge, wisdom and love of nature. I feel so blessed and grateful to have been included in this circle of new friends. Thank you xxx

Thank you for a wonderful evening, I absolutely had the best time and met some amazing people. Doing yoga in the woods was better than I could imagine...As was the silent disco. I went on my own and everyone was so friendly, you don’t need a plus one. I really can't wait to go again. I didn't take loads of photos, as I was so busy having fun!
