Mindful Archery Day Retreat

A time for you to slow down, have fun and refresh.


Tea & coffee will be offered on arrival to welcome you into the day. We will begin the day with some mindfulness practices that will be suitable for anyone new to mindfulness or well experienced.


Becoming more mindful will improve your focus when you pick up your bow and arrow and hit some targets. This will be a whole lot of fun and incredibly satisfying when you mindfully hit the bullseye!


A wholesome warming lunch will be provided around the fire pit.


Suitable for 18+ Children aged 12 and upwards are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
