Hi, I’m Jen.


My classes are for everybody. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’re warmly welcome. From deeply nourishing Yin to uplifting Flow, each session is shaped to help you feel held, supported, and gently restored.


Practising yoga outdoors, under the canopy of the woods, is something I feel everyone should experience. The quiet, the fresh air, the way the trees seem to steady your breath — it’s deeply calming and beautifully nourishing.
