Shockingly, 1 in 4 adults report they are suffering from a mental health condition in the UK at anyone time.  A survey of GP's in 2020 showed alarming rises in illnesses connected to alcohol use and over-eating.


Levels of stress and depression are also causing mental health services to report full capacity with no appointments being made for new patients for between 6 and 9 months.


We seem to be drowning in a sea of stress.
